Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).


Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

All custom orders generally ship within 10-14 business days (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

This does not include additional response time that may be needed for custom orders. 


Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.


All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.


Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

  • USPS Mail: $12.00 (5-7 business days)

  • USPS Expedited mail: $22.00 (2-3 business days)

  • Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

  • We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 USD


Available shipping methods for international orders include:

 

  • Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)

  • United Kingdom - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

  • All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

  • We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 USD


Please note that Glitz and Glam Designs ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Glitz and Glam Designs and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Glitz and Glam Designs, we will not resend your package and instead issue store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Glitz and Glam Designs is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Return Policy

Glitz and Glam Designs understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy, and fun, as possible. All Sales Are Final. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email info@glitzandglamdesigns.com within 12hrs of receiving the package.  Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

 

All items are returned to Glitz and Glam Designs at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.


A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Glitz and Glam Designs. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.


Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable.
